Haldor Topsøe in Frederikssund has acquired a headquarters that displays functionality and timelessness with a beautiful wood facade, seamlessly combined with concrete elements. 

The construction spans two levels, with 2,502 square meters dedicated to baths, changing rooms, and a fitness center

The service and administration building was constructed as part of a competitive project based on a functional specification. The criteria were functionality and a target price, executed in a partnering framework. 

The administration section covers 1,080 square meters, while the cafeteria and kitchen measure 380 square meters.
