Award-winning administration building

The office building, constructed by DS Flexhal for DSV Landskrona in Sweden, was honoured with the "Stadsbyggnadspriset 2012" by Stadsbyggnadsnämden in Karlskrona. 

The triangular, anthracite-grey main building stands four stories tall. Featuring an impressive, semi-circular atrium centrally located within the structure, the office building boasts a large glass façade and circular skylights in the roof that cast beautiful light throughout the space, illuminating the floors and the exquisite circular pools on the ground level.

The atrium is pivotal to the building's overall experience, offering panoramic views of nearly the entire structure from certain angles. 

The administrative building accommodates approximately 400 workstations in open-plan offices and private offices along some of the façades. 

Customer-oriented activities and sales functions, along with associated meeting rooms, are situated on the ground floor. The top floor is designed with a large conference hall, kitchen, cafeteria, and secondary facilities.
