Privacy policy – Duty of disclosure for customers, suppliers, and other business partners


What you need to know about our processing of your personal data:

  • That DS FLEXHAL A/S is responsible for the processing of the personal data we receive from you.

  • That the purpose of processing your personal data is to provide our goods and services

  • That legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent, cf. Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR, and / or legislation, cf. Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR, and/ or in order for the controller or a third party to pursue a legitimate interest (unless the interest of the data subject or fundamental rights and freedoms requiring the protection of personal data override this, in particular if 1c, and / or for the controller or a third party to pursue a legitimate interest (unless overridden by the interest of fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject that require protection of the personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child), cf. GDPR Article 6 (1) (f). The legitimate interests justifying the processing are the marketing of new service/ products.

  • That the personal category of the data we store is general (e.g. name, address), special (e.g. security number) or sensitive (e.g. health data)

  • That disclose or transfer your personal data to external recipients, including our data processors, advisors and to any business partners necessary for the task. 

  • That some of our processors may be located outside the EU/EEA, but all with a lawful basis for transfer.

  • That we have received personal data from you and possibly from publicly available sources.

  • That we store your personal data for as long as it is legal in relation to the Danish Bookkeeping Act, consent rules, statute of limitations and / or other legislation.

  • That we do not use personal profiling to make automated decisions that could significantly affect the rights and freedoms of the individual.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have several rights in relation to our processing of your personal data. If you wish to invoke your rights, please contact us.

  • You have the right to access and rectification, i.e. you can request to view your personal data and rectify/ update the date at any time.

  • You have the right to request erasure, i.e. you can have your personal data erased unless we deem it necessary to keep it for a longer period of time for accounting or legal reasons. The data will be deleted at the latest when any claims under property law are time-barred.

  • You have the right to access and rectification, i.e. you can request access to rectify/ update your personal data at any time.

  • You have the right to request deletion, i.e. you can have your personal data deleted, unless we deem it necessary for accounting or legal reasons to keep it for a longer period. The information is deleted at the latest when personal claims are out of date.

  • You have the right to have data ported. This means that you can retrieve or receive the information at any time.
