This warehouse building built for Tyretrust took just 31 weeks to complete, with part delivery of the first hall already six weeks after the first concrete elements were installed. The building will be used to store 120,000 tyres with rims, distributed on 33 rack isles.

A 2,000 m³ sprinkler reservoir was established outside. In case of fire, the entire contents of the reservoir can be pumped into one of three fire sections in just two hours.

A loading ramp has also been built with four dock seals since the transport of tyres must be carried out over a short period of time, when it is time to change tyres for the summer or winter season, respectively.
