The building consists of a 7400 m² warehouse with a free height of 8 m, a 1300 m² packing/shipment area with a free height of 5 m, and associated administration area.

The building is executed as a DS Flexhal Flex BBR system, which consists of load-bearing insulated facade elements with TTS (saddle-shaped concrete girders) per. 7.2 m. Self-bearing high profile sheets are installed between the concrete girders, and finally finished with insulation and two layers of asphalt roofing.

In each fire section, which is approx. 2000 m², there is 24 m² of effective fire ventilation installed in the roof structure with associated supply air gates in the facades.

11 dock seals have been built with fully automatic loading bridges for unloading and loading transport.

The entire building is built with an automatic fire alarm installation – the fire alarm is directly connected to the nearest fire station.
