ADP WND Prinsessens Kvarter

The third construction for Taulov Dry Port A/S in Fredericia – expected to be certified with BREEAM Excellent.

In March 2024, DS Flexhal completed a new low-emission warehouse for Taulov Dry Port. The ADP WND Prinsessens Kvarter project is located in Fredericia and will be rented out to A.P. Møller-Mærsk. The building consists of 35,720 square metres of warehouse, 6,165 square metres of cross dock with associated administration of 2,722 square metres, on three levels. The total gross floor area is 39,314 square metres with an associated exterior covered area of approx. 41,376 square metres.

An eye-catching landmark

With direct access to the motorway network, the building becomes an important hub and an eye-catching landmark in the area.

Groundbreaking ceremony

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on Thursday 19 January 2023 by Birna Ödefors, Area Managing Director, Nordics, A.P. Møller-Mærsk, Christian Herskind, Chairman of the Board of Taulov Dry Port A/S and Steen Wrist, Mayor of Fredericia.

BREEAM® certification

This construction will set new standards for the development of low-emission buildings warehouse and logistics properties, as it is expected to be certified to one of the highest standards - the European BREEAM® Excellent standard.

Among other things, the warehouse will have solar panels on the roof, which will supply the building with green electricity while providing surplus power to the ­neighbourhood.
